A.C infinity 4 inch carbon filter
Duct Opening: 4” | Length: 13" | Airflow Rating: 210 CFM | Carbon: Australian RC412 at 1200+ IAV | Thickness: 38mm
I have been running it with the cloudline s4 from A.C infinity.
First impressions were good. Appealing look to it, seemingly well built and no excess charcole dust on the inside. I hung it while in early veg and even though the plants were quite smelly later in veg, the filter done a great job at eliminating the smell.
However, by week 5/6 of flower you could smell my grow everywhere upstairs. It wasn't as strong as opening the tent but still very noticeable. Made sure there were no leaks in the ducting and always had negative pressure. These plants were pretty stinky but i wouldn't have expected them to kill the filter. I have also read a few reviews from people that have had similar experiences.
Overall id give it a 7 out of 10. Would probably be great as an intake filter or a filter for a prop tent.

What brand did you go for? I was torn between the carboair and phresh, also gone up to a 5 inch filter and acoustic ducting just in case with summer approaching.

Re: A.C infinity 4 inch carbon filter
Honestly @Invisible Sun im pretty impressed with it. It's miles quieter than the 5 inch rvk it replaced and with the controller 67 it makes for almost lazy growing. I do however wish i had gone for the 6 inch because its not exactly silent running at full speed and summer is approaching and my house gets HOT!

Re: A.C infinity 4 inch carbon filter
I’ve always found phat filters to be good, apparently they mine there own carbon so they get the pick of the best stuff then sell the rest to their competitors.
Always lasted well for me, trying a new one now though, RAM 5” carbon filter, their fans have always been good so thought I’d try the filters. it’s been in there for probably not far off a year and all good so far
