What causes the actual thc from only producing a certain amount same with cbd like why isnt yet that it can produce like 50% of thc or cbd

From what I have read and discovered from research is Terpenes play as much of a role in the high and also the effects medicinally.

A good quality Hash is over 50% THC right.
