My wife and I saw a segment on the local news asking about the biggest music acts you ever seen. We made a list and modified it several times taking into consideration how big an act was at a particular time in history. Anyway I thought it might be fun to list your top 10 music acts you have seen. I've added the approximate date I saw these to give some context.
#1. Frank Sinatra (mid 80's)
#2. Rolling Stones (Steel Wheels tour)
#3 David Bowie (Diamond Dogs tour)
#4 Elton John (Mid 80's)
#5. The Who (2000)
#6. Tom Jones (1972)
#7. Jeff Beck (2000's x 2)
#8. Frank Zappa & The Mothers (1973)
#9. Willie Nelson (Mid 70's)
#10. Fleetwood Mac (Rumors tour)

Re: Biggest Music Acts
We had a sweaty little rock club called Edwards No8 in the back streets of Brum-minge-ham.
I got to see Nirvana, Oasis, Rage Against the Machine and loads more there. (Oasis were utter shite BTW)
I took pics bands who supported there most weeks, so I was part of the furniture.
Never did the stadium tours, I had tickets for Bowie's Glass Spider tour, but my anxiety got the better of me and I let my pal go instead of me. I'm not very good with crowds of people.
Best gigs though, Run DMC / Public Enemy 1988, Primal Scream - Screamadelica tour and Sonic Youth - Dirty release. All at the Hummingbird in Brum.

Re: Biggest Music Acts
In no particular order as hard to name a favourite. :
Michael Jackson x 2 (Bad & Dangerous tours)
James Brown
Faithless
Oasis
Stereophonics (about 5 times )
The Verve ( & Richard Ashcroft solo )
Ash
Robbie Williams
Chaka Khan
Green Day
Mainly from mid 1980's up to 2000.
All amazing but I can't beat Frank Sinatra though.
