I buy direct from Storz-Bickel website. I've returned my Mighty twice under warranty. For the second return, I should have it by Saturday. Their customer service is excellent.

OK, OK.... so this unit was too good to give up on :) I really wanted to send it back and get my money back, but going back to my mighty+ was making me sad. The Venty is sooooooo much better. So, I returned for a replacement. I've been running the bee one for about two weeks now without issue. Apart from the quality control issues, this vape is hands down the best vape I've ever tried. It's just better than everything else
