I'm at .5 L per day still
The giant perlite soaks up water though and I've noticed letting it to dry for a day doesnt affect it

I think the roots burrowed into the perlite tbh

Funny you say that I've fed mine a couple times with full strength ionic and no burn yet. That's 5 ml per liter
