Re: Electricity inspection
Ive not seen a letter like that before but i personally wouldn't risk having anything anywhere with workers in the house im a builder and would probably trade tips if i found a grow but some of the guys i work with would definitely report something like that

Re: Electricity inspection
Ditto - wouldn't risk it!
You could always pull the old 'shielding and can't have any visitors at the moment' card! Although it might be best to clear the groom and get it out the way...

Re: Electricity inspection
I would be playing that card and buying some time.
Chances are they will want to go in the loft to check for things like:-
- Electrical shock risks / fire hazards
- DIY electrical work
- Lack of earthing/bonding
Do people tend to dismantle Tents etc in these situations or is it be possible to just remove the cannabis plants and temporary replace with say Orchids or something and leave the tent up?

Re: Electricity inspection
A few weeks ago my landlord wanted to do get an enegry performance certificate as im leaving ,i thought i could buy enough time before i completed on my place and i ended up having to rapidly tear everything down and out and having to kill 2 mums and 6 in mid veg which was very upsetting he didnt even go in the loft after all that , i would cut my losses now as they are only seeds get it out the way and then continue after,

Re: Electricity inspection
I've had these and took the chance and been lucky. Be careful though, there is a real chance they will want to check sockets.
I'd agree to it, keep it up but if they ask to go into the room say that you have a family member in there self isolating after testing positive for coronavirus. They won't want to go in there then.

Re: Electricity inspection
I wouldn't risk it, hide your seedlings, pull down the tent, if there aren't any true leaves yet pop em on a windowsill, if they do hide them well

Re: Electricity inspection
Don't you have your upstairs lighting circuits running around the loft?
Better to get the inspection out of the way while you still only have seedlings would be my preference
