Honestly my best experience has been with cocoa butter (edible stuff). It tastes chocolatey and I put 5g in my coffee the other morning and it didn't leave that oily film on the top as much as coconut oil and it tastes like chocolate!
You can bake with it or make choccys with some sugar and cocoa powder too.
