Nutrient burn?

Evening all,

Hope you're all smoking fine

I have a 3 week old strawberry cream starting to show signs of yellowing and was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be?

Setup (pics to follow):

15L Pots
Growell's Tropic Mix
Fed with Indica nutrients range - they're a brand new brand i'm trialling
Soil pH - ~6.1
Soil EC - ~473
Base water - RO water EC 22
Invisible sun ish265v2 type R at about 24" from tops
Lights on - 5am
Lights off - 11pm
Environment temp 24h min checked at 4:30pm - 21 Celsius
Environment temp 24h max checked at 4:30pm - 25 Celsius
Plants have been topped once

My 1st ever grow was in tropic mix.

Never again. I got the biggest bug problem ever. Someone must have harvested as many eggs from as many pest insect species as possible and put it in this mix.

Look more hungry or PH like trex said.

Hope you sort it soon.

Oh and 2 years later I'm still finding bugs in pot plants from this stuff.

Contrary to what everyone else is gonna say, I think you need to add some calcium nitrate to your canna A and B feedings. These high power led's will absolutely wreck an underfed plant

Even though your tropic mix already contains trace elements, if the ph in your medium is out of whack there's no way for the plant to access them. Not to mention, if you had a lot of veg time and small pot size, the mix will surely be depleted of all nutrients

Make sure to do a slurry test if you're testing your medium ph

I'm not using canna mate the link to my nutes are somewhere in this thread, just checked ph and it is a tad high at 6.9
My ppm is sitting at 1100 so I may try push this up a little

Your ph is really high buddy, I would basically look at this mix as growing in coco

Keep your feeds the same strength for now and ph to 6.0, the plant isn't uptaking what you're giving it right now due to ph in my opinion

Ok buddy, just had a look at your nutrient range

The part A should contain plenty of calcium, scratch what I said earlier about adding some. These are coco specific nutes, you are ph'ing your feed to 5.5-6.5 before giving it to the plants right??

I didn't see you mention that at the beginning of your diary

This is far from a soil grow my man , you need to think of it as growing in coco
