It might be an idea upping your base ferts , the plants dont just feed same strength all way through and when you flip they growing crazy fast for 3 or 4 weeks when plants are at their hungriest time and tis this time you`ll generally see deficiencies like magnesium or calcium def appearing, i`d be slingimng 2ml per liter of Vitalink into your ferts before dropping it right back again after 4 weeks of 12/12. But yes not really deficiencies and more it`s underfeeding imo.
