Show my Grow & Advice

Post by SmokeyJoe »

Howdy All

Just thought id share a few pics of my grow and also at the same time ask if anyone can advise on the small issue is have on one leaf as seen in the photo. Ive looked on the leaf diagrams on the forum but have no idea how to 'fix' it.

Im feeding daily using Canna A & B with the recommended quantities, 20ml of each in 5L of Water. Im also adding 5ml of 'Moonshine' to the mix.

The 5L Can is lasting me 3 days tho, so not sure im giving them enough water.

This is my first ever grow so open to any and all suggestions.

Hello buddy,
First thinh you're doing wrong is following canna charts.
Do you have PH and EC meters?
How big are those pots?
And what is moonshine?

Can you please feed them tap water with pH of 5.8 - 5 liters through each plant for 2 days im a row. No nutes at all.
Please answer questions above to be able yo tell you what to feed next

Also you have deficiency of calcium cause by nutrient lockout due to the high amounts of feed you've bden giving them.
Do you have any calmag nutrients in hand?

I have a PH meter but no EC meter at the moment. I also dont have any PH up or Down Solution
The ports are 10L
Moonshine was recommended to me at the Hydro Store, pic above.

I sure can feed them with tap water, pretty sure its close to 6.0 PH, ill check and if needed have to grab some PH Down Solution.
5 Litres, wow, 5L has been lasting like 3 days or more for both plants, so im feeling like im way under watering them?

Thanks again for all your advice.

You are a better man than me mate, LOL, I spill when using a watering can all the time. Often have little drops of liquid on my leaves. Those drops act like magnifying glass lens and can lead to leaf burn. Which is what the image looks like to me.
Ill bear it in mind mate, i actually mix in a different room altogether then bring the can to the plants, its also mixed in a jug prior to going into the watering can so hoping im good.

Could you also tell us your lights watts and what they are and high from the canopy are they. They do look over fertilized as bulls has already said, but knowing the lights temps humidity of room (Tent) can be a great help for those helping you Joe.

Hi Kbag

The Lights are MIGRO 100 X 2 COB lights. Draw is 107W but they equivalent of a 600W HPS but with better light spectrum.

I have them on full at the moment and they are 14" from the top of the plants which is the recommended distance according to the guy who builds them.

Humidity, i have no devices controlling that at present, the current humidity is 47% @ 21.1 Degrees C.

Think you are misunderstanding me mate. Not talking about when you mix, talking about when you pour into the pot. ;)
Ah so what you are saying here is never let the mix hit the leaves, always into the coco!!

Yeah i have hit the leaves sometimes with the watering!!

Learning every day.

Got ya - Cheers

This is the thing Viz.

Ive yet to run through to the tray! My 5L Can has been lasting me like 2 to 3 X Watering for 2 X Plants. The plants have just turned 4 weeks old.

So what im feeling here is im not watering anywhere near enough.

Also may be a good thing as if my nutes are too much, hitting em with more water with that amount of nutes may do more harm than good.
