Just to be clear this was a promotions run on Facebook last year. We do in deed give away thousands of seeds a year. At the moment over 20 competitions a month, on the Friday night podcast, we are also running the light a week again atm.

The points is just a way for members to get the strains they want with a competition win. Before we used to assign certain strains to comps or random strains. This meant members won a certain strain. This way everyone still gets the seeds but has a choice in which ones they prefer to grow.
