Am I reading this right only product meeting the definition of cbpm are schedule 2 aka pharmaceutical company’s that pay the gov a lot of money but all other cannabis related stuff is schedule one.
they are basically saying as a schedule 1 drug that it has no medical benefit. But on they other hand you pay us money and it’s schedule 2. what part of cannabis or any of it derivatives has no medical benefit??
