colloidal silver............wat this used for.............?
To make your own autofem seeds.

But the vast majority of what we see relatively to CS looks dirty as hell, for a lack of electrolysis control generally leading to this type of response:

Which is about the typical 3 x 9Volts battery setup.

Salutations MrNice,

Actually i realize this reply of mine feels most incomplete, so it might prove more appropriate to provide some additional explanation to the attention of readers still interrested.

:thanks:

If memory serves me there are 2 types of CS, one "ionic" which easily penetrates through cell membranes because of its absolutely small "nano" size, then the 30+ ppm sludge/gunk generally found on internet which is made of larger particle clusters.

This schematic shall help me to remember the rest:

Image

Ah yes. It's calibrated for a setup using distilled water + a pair of 1 inch (dia.) fine silver coins (mine are marked "9999"). Its "donor" electrolysis surface apparently calls for an ideal current ranging around 1mA, hence these circuits must run on voltages as high as 40 ~ 80 Volts, because at first distilled water behaves much like an electric insulator.

My previous illustration reflects such dilema and more: that water becomes increasingly conductive as the rate of electrolysis accelerates, one major issue here being that aiming for brute-force currents (past the curve's "knee") the rush ultimately results in stripping gross silver chunks instead; one other problem has to do with an accumulation of "whiskers" made of Silver Hydroxide Aggregates which diminish the electrodes efficiency, if i'm not mistaking... So that's what the timed DPDT relay is for exactly: to reverse polarity at brief regular intervals in order to promote relative electrodes cleanliness.

Personally though i must equally mention that my attention eventually focussed on yet another property of CS and it's about killing spider mite eggs, since nano-silver penetrates cell membranes including theirs.

:ak:

My intention was to conduct a twin-plants comparative experiment trying to determine if CS sprays can be used both to override the ehtylene phyto-hormone cycle AND also offer protection from early infestations (mutations don't survive it at the egg stage, presumably). It could even have been combined with more stress (for the nuisible insects) as from UVA/UVB lamps, for example...

The final goal was to get an easy hobby for elders wishing to home-grow on a windowsil, too bad i lost all hopes to get both! In any case what i appreciated most about such optimistic prospect was that we could acquire fine silver coins anonymously from the local post office, the same being true of distilled water as well.

Good day, have fun!! Image

STS is more reliable, and only needs one application usually.
its also the method used by most "proper" breeders

Following this!
I just started an attempt using a “kit” from a company called cbgy/cannabinology.
You just add distilled water and a drop of soap to the bottle they send and spray away.
I did my first spray last night and I’m going to try an every other day spray routine right before lights out.
and the flowers bloom like madness in the spring

Make your own, easy, 99.9 silver, 9 volt batter, distilled water and wire this clips. Personally I rather have reg seeds over fems any day.
