Temps and Humidity

Morning All!

What do you all find are the ideal temps and humidity for vegging? My leaves are not curling up, but they are very slightly point up..the light is around 14inches away 400w dual spec, with a fan blowing on it. My temps are anywhere between 27 and 30 degrees C lights on and drop to around 18 to 20 degrees C lights off. Humidity is around 40% lights on and around 50-60% lights off.

I was thinking of moving the lights up higher and or turning down the oil rad slightly if I need temps to be a little cooler.

Its in an 80x80x160 tent at the minute with an oil rad 1.5kw (thermo controlled) with 4" rvk and rhino pro without fan controller running full pelt.
