Dehumidifier recommendation

I'd like to get one to go inside/tape to a bag then vent as I've heard done on here, I'd just like a recommendation for one? It's hard to trust Amazon reviews these days so if someone had some hands on experience that would be great. I'm not sure even what ml to look for, would a 500ml be sufficient? My tent is a 3x3. My humidity sits at about 48% during early flower but I'd like to be able to slowly reduce it as the weeks go by.

Ive got a good one, ill get the brand when im in loft this eveing. My recommendation is go big, you can set the humidity level on them, no point going small and it not being enough, a good 20-30l a day one.

The bag over the top is a must imo. The direct hot dry air hitting the plant can hermy them. Ive seen it twice in my grooms. If you dont have room in the tent a heavy duty bag taped onto the top with ducting taped onto the other end of the bag is great. Acts as a intake. It will also heat your space nice which is no bad thing this time of year.

I'd like to do it the way you explained with the bag preferably! I am also struggling with heat and having to have a rad on 24/7 to maintain so that would also be a decent benefit. I was hoping to not have to fork out alot more money just yet but needs must and all that

Cost of this hobby is never ending. But then I dread to think how much I've given to Mr street dealer over the years

Tank size is important but surely extraction rate is more important. Is it not?

Some of them 500ml ones on amazon can only extract 200ml in a 24 hour period.

I’ve just had to invest in one for my first time ever, it’s a minefield though, spent ages reading and trying to work out what one to get but the room sizes are irrelevant when your pulling air in from outside.

I got this one from screwfix a week ago, it does the job nicely.
I’ve just been running it at lights out in the room the tent is in, it brings my humidity down to 50% in the room and by the time the air has reached the groom its down to about 45%
I thought I’d be running it 24/7 but so far it’s between 1-2 hours a day

Before the dehumidifier the room was getting up to 70-80% humidity.
Never had to deal with these problems before, it’s this house.

I think the room is about 35 square ft, the tent is 1.2x1.6 one window constantly cracked for cold air in and that little dehumidifier is holding its own at the moment.
Never used another one so got nothing to compare against but it was one of the cheapest I could find that had good reviews so took a punt.
Very happy with it so far but time will tell.

Some of the larger ones come with a hose you can direct into a nice big container.

Thanks for all the info everyone. I'm still stuck on what to get. I really don't have the money right now to be spending 200 on one though so may just have to settle with a crappy Amazon one at least for this first run haha.
