I’ve had three systems in my life or at my current house. First one was from sears second one was from GE last one was from the grow boss. You’re in the UK so these are just general comments.

RO systems generate a lot of waste water. Keep that in mind if you’re on a meter.

RO water is rough on plants. You can get a mineralizer add on to your RO system which adds trace minerals.

Once you find a place over there, you’ll want to look into liters per day production for the RO system you want. My last RO system is capable of 150 gallons per day.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Aquati 5 Stage RO DI filter is ideal for preparing water for saltwater and freshwater aquariums. The filtered water is clear, soft and free of contamination. Due to the fact that reverse osmosis is a 100% natural process, the filtration does not involve any chemicals.

Designed to provide your fish tank with water of highest quality.

The filter kit comes complete with the following:

- 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis water filtration system
- 3x 5 meter lengths of tubing (white, red, blue)

- Water flow restrictor to the osmosis membrane
- Housing spanner - to open the pods when pre filters need changing
- Housing spanner - to open the Reverse Osmosis membrane filter housing

Filters' Specifications:

Filter 1: 10" polypropylene foam filter cartridge removes sand, rust, silt and other sediments up to 5 Micron

Filter 2: 10" activated carbon block filter. The carbon is formed in specially pressured, high density blocks to gain high adsorption rate of chlorine, other chemicals and multiparticle organic substances.

Filter 3: 10" activated carbon filter removes 98% to 99% of free chlorine, chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, as well as up to 85% of pesticides of chlorogenic origin, polyaromatic compounds, phenol, benzene and organic substances.

Filter 4: Reverse Osmosis high quality membrane (we offer 50, 75, 100 and 150 GPD membranes). The Vontron membrane holds up to 99% of contamination from feed water. It successfully removes harmful organic and non-organic compounds, heavy metals and some bacteria and viruses. The efficiency of the membrane is shown in GPD units (gallons per day)

Filter 5: In-line deionizing cartridge filled with high quality DI resin for complete demineralization of water. Openable housing - you can refill the cartridge with media on your own

The recommended replacement cartridges /depends on water usage and its condition/:

That is exactly what you are asking for. You may want to check to make sure that filters are readily available including new RO
membranes for when you need them down the road

@Mr Nice
I love mine. My well water is so hard it's crazy.
I just use the one in my house for my plants. It had a 4 gallon pressure tank. I added a tee and a second 4 gallon tank. I just fill up some 1 gallon jugs so I have enough.
It's really old but it keeps working. I think it was made in 1991.
I just change the filters about once a year and the membrane every few years.
You could mix your water 1/2 regular water and 1/2 RO water.
Also it makes for great drinking water. Do you ever notice those white gross floaties in your glass of water after your ice all melts.
If you run the RO water to your ice maker it gets rid of all that residue.

The other day when I was high I solved one of the world's greatest problems.
Unfortunately five minutes later I forgot what I was doing.

That one that you are looking at I wouldn't be afraid of at all.
It has two more filters than mine. Mine has the stage 1, stage 3, and stage 4
My filters I can find all over the place in the U.S.
I would check on the Stage 2 Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge and the DI resin.
I would think you could do without the DI resin because they say that it removes additional minerals from the water.
