Thoughts on bwst time to defol/lollipop?

So these have been flipped about 4 days ago. I feel I should of done abit of stripping prior to flipping but I heard shouldn't really do that as they need there leafs for stretch.

I ended up with a ton of larf on my last round. Is it too late to strip the bottom? Could I do it at the 21F mark?

What's your thoughts?

Normally do mine a couple of day's before flip then again at 3 weeks.
After that I just take dying leave off.
I reckon those look strong enough to take a little trim.

Would you start the trim from the bottom? I did take a few off here and there before flipping but I take one off a 3 popped up lol. It's the small branches underneath with small sites I want off.
