Ive been in coco for many years but did spend a few years in soil. I tried a good few nutrient ranges but always ended up back with plant magic oldtimers. Stuff was easy to use, for the most part a 1 part feed.

Hope I helped
Going back to coco soon tho as want to try out crop steering before switching maybe to full Rockwool with stacking dryback etc.

I agree with Keeno can’t really go wrong with plant magic old timers range and it’s made in the uk which is great in my book, I think with autos it’s easy to overdo the feeding less is often more with them.

Appreciate your input guys, going to have a look at all those suggestions. I’m using living soils dry amendments at the moment with my outdoor plants. Seem to be doing well with it, was going to go with that as it’s only a once every 2 weeks thing, a lot less work and organic! Give these a look though, thanks again

Dolomite lime, added 1-2 months before using.
Rhizotonic for root growth.

Personally, I use Oldtimers grow and bloom for later on.

Oldtimers seems to be a popular choice tonight!

What does the dolomite lime do?

It add calmag to the soil.
Add one tablespoon per 5 litres of soil.
Best added to dry soil. Mix it together and then moisten the soil. That will/should prevent having clumps of dolomite.

I prefer to use the white dolomite over the brown for two reasons.
It's finer than the brown and you'll get the results quicker.
It's easier to see white on brown than it is brown on brown. (calm down BLM movement, nothing to do with race.)

In that time, the dolomite stabilizes in the soil.

I see thanks for clearing that up. I’ve heard of people using it when planting outdoor straight into the earth but never looked into why. Great explanation though thank you!
