2nd week of January still the highest death rate.
Just waiting on the xl sheet to be put up, but we're still below the 5 year average for this year even with the slight increase on that last week.



Latest figures released...



Interesting that cause of death is cause of death, but they're also counting "mentions" of the covid on the death registry. So last week where 1,534 folks died from respiratory disease, the 539 number for covid is actually included in all the stats already. Some other deaths will have those covid figures spread among them too, like heart faliure etc. So that's a bit of a misleading placement of those numbers I think.

My gf works in health care, she recently got a notice at work work that states to -"please mention every person that has had "covid 19" symptoms to management so they can in turn report to cdc. Even if it's not a confirmed case"

Someone could literally go to the hospital because of fever, fall down and hit their head and die, and it will be chaulked up as a corona virus death

Just reading how New Zealand shut it down, only one death so far in a country of 5 million.

Probably because it's claimed that COVID came from a bat. Had it been a sheep, 5 million sheep shaggers would be worried sick.
