Let's talk terpenes

So as some of you know I'm on a twist about terpenes and how I feel like terpenes will play a large role in future with edibles. I kbow some say that edibles will be used with concentrates that have little no terps in it and that's fine but you will always have the hippie or naturalist or people like me who chooses to make there own concentrates. So finding that medium between thr flavour profiles will be important. As in what terpene profiles will pair best with a certain food group. And ya know maybe I'm just to highwhat say you?

I think it makes total sense, after all many weed strains are named after food.

Maybe it is worth googling terpenes and whether they are used in restaurants already...?

i think this will be tricky especially with cannabis used during the cooking process as the VOC mostly evape at relatively low temps

maybe cold infusions into oils for like salad dressing and or use as a herbaceous boarder or garnish

that being said, check out "bong appetit" tv show as they been doing this and showing it for a few seasons. i like the idea of it im just hesitant to say they will last a cooking process

I like to pair strains with craft beer. Hops and cannabis are related after all and you get similar smell profiles.
That's smoking though. I try to hide all the taste of the weed with chocolate in my edibles.

Ya I find it hard to hide the terms. Althoyghcicdid make me a mix drink. I had infused everclear with purple punch then added that to so.e sprite..that was actually pretty good.
