I've just finished blitzing all of the chillies.
I went outside and did them. Did all the jars bar the scorpions and hardly coughed or sneezed.
I left the scorpions till last and used a mask. Coughed, spluttered, sneezed. I couldn't see out of one eye for a while. My lips and nose are burning. Gawd knows what it would have been like without a mask.

I've weighed the chilli powder. Total weight 845 grammes.
452g of green chillis
108g of mixed red and green chillies
190g of red chilli (mainly bonnets)
95g of pure hell.
I haven't germinated any of them, but if any of you would like some scorpion seeds to grow for next year, let me know and I'll put some in the packages.
I'll be posting Wednesday as I'll be going to the PO anyway that day.

The 95g of hell is hotter than all the rest put together. I'm glad it's all over though. I don't think I could do another day like today.
