I was on my way to work and I had to pull over at the gas station and drop the kids off at the pool.

I put me a black mylar door stapled to edges and taped over staples with silver aluminum tape behind my cupboard door to block out any light leaks both ways. I also used stick on zips to open and close its big door flap, but ive also used black velcro before to close of mylar doors although i much prefer the zip up door flaps. Works a treat for blocking of light.

Now that's magic! Sorry @2-Scoops, only just seen this. Cool tips, thank you! I left my Mylar overlapping at the edges of the doors, and due to the way it's curved from being on a roll, it formed natural flaps that sealed out light pretty well, but some gaps have started appearing, probably due to environmental changes, so your suggestions are helpful.2-Scoops wrote: ↑Mon May 03, 2021 1:06 pmI put me a black mylar door stapled to edges and taped over staples with silver aluminum tape behind my cupboard door to block out any light leaks both ways. I used gorilla tape to seal some kitchen cupboards when I used to grow in them.sybarite wrote: ↑Fri Apr 08, 2022 2:49 pmSorry @2-Scoops, only just seen this. Cool tips, thank you! Fold the tape in near enough half along the length, but leave a strip of the sticky side showing and then just tape it to the side of the cabs.
Worked a treat. Ripped the laminate off the cabinets when I removed it though.
I do like that little "plopagation" space though.

Re: New Invisible Sun/T5 propagation/clone room
The Duronic mini-dehumidifier I was initially pleased with failed just outside the warranty, so one to avoid. Replaced it with a ProBreeze one that draws out moisture faster and got the 3 year warranty, back of the net!
