It must have been nice in the loft today mate I've been concreting in the sun and that's bad enough I couldn't handle the heat and itchy rock wool in a loft you are tougher than me mate well done
Got to go back up there after dinner

Every day I've got something else that needs doing it's overcast and cooler, days I got free for the loft..... Sun's out.

Suns out, guns out? Where the pics of manly Keeno in his Pumping Iron style tank top and shorts? We need to see a well edited work montage video of you building the loft set to some good 80s music. Flashdance style or something.

This looks super impressive. Can’t wait to see it done and see you churning out some grows. Best of luck with it all!

The outside of the facia has vent grills running along the entire roof:

Image

As I'm heavily insulating I still want the roof to breathe and also I'll be closing off one of the eaves (corner bits) that I'm insulating above. I'll extracting air into it from the actual groom but it's sealed from the rest of the loft. This will force air out of the vents in above picture but it's such a large surface area it should in theory be silent. I've pushed some old ducting down into the vents and made sure there is a a clear air passage. The vents/ducting will have another stud wall in front of them with vents in. Effectively creating a 2 stage set of vents that will allow air to leave the loft. This will draw air in from the other side of the loft which has the same vents on the outside. It works in my head but if it actually will....

Cheers K. I learned from the last out building I used. Do it proper or as you say it cost a fortune and to many a sleepless night.

Cheers Rass, I'm not planning to use it all but the more space the less heat build up so trying to have whole space available for environment.

They not make work gloves big enough for those paws? Maybe look into zoological equipment distributors. Ha.

Cheers @duke. This is where I'm in my element. I love kit and designing grooms more than any other part of the hobby. I was panning this 2 weeks before I moved into the place 😂
