Sorry didnt see gho had already replied, i was on the last page still lol.

Hey @GHO, do you still need to ph the mix with “the end”, if so do you just use ph down like normal?

I've been ph'ing. Uneducated response from me but no matter which brand of nutrients I've used over the years (salt based), the nutrients available in said nutrients/elements have been available at the same ph ranges. So I went with what I knew. I'm sure GHO has a more more intelligent answer with big words 😅

The end is nigh.
Sounds like good stuff, presumably it will work in recirculating systems like nft?
I dont see why not. There was no gunk build up whatsoever in drippers or wilma res on my 2 runs. Short of it causing that on the tray, which it wont imo, the principles as in available food availibility should be the same in my head

Thanks for your input @Keeno, im gonna give some a try in the nft tanks i think.

As for ph i think you are right. these plants need to be in a certain ph range no matter what medium or feed you use, i havent a clue with organic stuff though but id have thought the same applies and the plants need to be in that slightly acidic environment. In soil i can understand how other elements are used to control ph but in a recirculating system that is really unclear to me at the moment. Pouring chemicals into an organic mix seems counter intuitive though lol, i dont know.

It's pH neutral mate, in the Coco tests people have used pH down without issue. Acceptable range for Coco is 5.5-6.5 so it's only slightly out. No big words today @Keeno 👍
